Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how FerraretoDev handles information connected to this website, Terracards, Stackflow, email support, and the store pages where the games are available.
Summary
FerraretoDev does not sell personal data. This site saves your language preference locally and links to Steam. When you buy, download, or play Terracards or Stackflow through a third-party platform, that platform may process information under its own privacy policy.
Who we are
FerraretoDev is the indie studio behind Terracards and Stackflow. For privacy requests, support, or questions about your data rights, contact us at caue313@gmail.com.
Information we may process
Depending on how you interact with the site and the games, we may process the following categories of information:
- Information you send voluntarily, such as your name, email address, support messages, bug reports, business requests, or press inquiries.
- Local site preferences, such as your selected language. This preference is saved in your browser through local storage.
- Essential technical data that may appear in hosting logs, such as IP address, browser, device, access date, and visited pages. This is used for security, maintenance, and diagnostics.
- Game platform data, when made available by Steam or another store, such as ownership confirmation, achievements, progress, cloud saves, statistics, language, operating system, or information needed for support.
- Aggregated or anonymized information about performance, errors, and game functionality, when available, so we can improve stability and the player experience.
How we use this information
We use information only for purposes connected to operating the site, maintaining the games, and communicating with players.
- Respond to messages, support requests, press inquiries, partnership requests, and bug reports.
- Operate, update, protect, and improve Terracards, Stackflow, and this website.
- Understand technical issues, device compatibility, and game stability.
- Comply with legal obligations, respond to legitimate requests, and protect the rights of FerraretoDev, players, and third parties.
Steam, stores, and third parties
Terracards and Stackflow may be accessed through third-party platforms such as Steam. Purchases, refunds, payment methods, user accounts, friends lists, community features, reviews, achievements, and other platform features may be handled directly by those third parties.
FerraretoDev does not control the privacy practices of those platforms. We recommend reading the policies of the store or service you use to buy, download, or play the games.
Cookies and local storage
At the moment, this site uses local storage to remember your language preference. We do not use behavioral advertising cookies. If features such as analytics, newsletters, forms, or a direct store are added, this Policy will be updated.
Children and teenagers
The site and games are not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent personal data to FerraretoDev, contact us so we can review and remove that information when applicable.
Your rights
Under applicable law, including the LGPD in Brazil and equivalent rules in other regions, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing, review of certain automated decisions, and withdrawal of consent when applicable.
To exercise rights, email caue313@gmail.com. We may request additional information to confirm your identity and protect your account or data.
Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, handle support, maintain legal records, prevent abuse, and protect our games. We apply reasonable security measures, but no digital system is completely risk-free.
