Summary

Terracards and Stackflow are indie games by FerraretoDev. By using the site, buying the games, or playing them, you agree to use them personally, fairly, and lawfully, while respecting the rules of the platform where you accessed them.

Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to the FerraretoDev website, Terracards, Stackflow, game-related pages, promotional materials, updates, support, and official communications.

If you access the games through Steam or another store, that platform's terms also apply to purchases, downloads, refunds, accounts, community features, achievements, and other platform services.

The games

Terracards is a tactical roguelike deckbuilder about managing a farm through cards, resources, and risk-based choices. Stackflow is a strategic roguelike about fitting blocks, creating connections, and building combos to overcome score challenges.

Descriptions, trailers, screenshots, dates, prices, features, and availability may change due to development, updates, promotional events, or store rules.

Use license

When you buy or download a FerraretoDev game, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and play it under these Terms and the rules of the platform used.

You are not buying the game's intellectual property. All rights to code, art, design, characters, worlds, logos, names, music, text, and other materials remain with FerraretoDev or their respective owners.

Allowed use and conduct

You agree not to use the site or games for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities toward other players, FerraretoDev, or partner platforms.

• Do not distribute unauthorized copies, cracks, modified builds, or extracted game files.
• Do not use cheats, automation, exploits, or modifications to harm rankings, achievements, statistics, or other players' experience.
• Do not attempt to access systems, accounts, servers, files, or areas without authorization.
• Do not remove copyright notices, trademarks, credits, or legal information.
• Do not use game materials in a way that suggests partnership, sponsorship, or official approval without authorization.

Purchases, refunds, and platforms

Purchases, downloads, keys, payments, taxes, refunds, and account support are processed by the store or platform where you acquired the game. For these matters, check the store page and the platform's official support channels.

FerraretoDev can help with questions about content, bugs, and game functionality, but does not control refund deadlines, refund policies, payment methods, or account restrictions applied by third parties.

Updates and availability

We may publish patches, balance adjustments, fixes, new content, or feature changes to improve Terracards and Stackflow. Some changes may affect saves, strategies, difficulty, compatibility, or performance.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site and games working, but continuous availability, absence of errors, or compatibility with every hardware and software setup is not guaranteed.

Community, feedback, and player content

If you send feedback, suggestions, bug reports, ideas, or comments about Terracards, Stackflow, or future projects, FerraretoDev may use those contributions to improve its games without an obligation to compensate you, as long as this does not involve misuse of personal data.

You are responsible for content you publish in communities, forums, reviews, social media, or third-party pages. Those spaces also follow the rules of their respective platforms.

Privacy

Use of the site and games is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be processed in support, the site, the games, and third-party platforms.

Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and games are provided as-is. FerraretoDev does not guarantee that the games will meet every player's personal goals, always be error-free, or remain unchanged.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including applicable consumer rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the games, site, platforms, or legal requirements. The date at the top indicates the latest version. Continuing to use the site or games after an update means accepting the revised version, where permitted by law.
